No expense was spared in creating this premier retreat!The ranch is centered around a nearly 17,000 sq. ft. lodge, designed to accommodate over 40 overnight guests. The "Lodge" features 10 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and individual AC, a commercial kitchen, gym and sauna, office, conference room, and gift shop. Additional highlights include the spacious trophy room with high ceilings, a grand fireplace, wrap around bar, and multiple lounge areas. Whitetail have been a primary focus on the ranch, with the introduction of some of the industries finest genetics and the implementation of intensive management practices. The ranch includes two large irrigation wells that supply several stocked ponds and a pivot. Additionally, there are two more pivots that need to be reworked, though the water infrastructure is already in place.
