Texas Property Group is led by husband-and-wife team Kyle and Kara Gilbert, combining expertise in both ranch and residential real estate.

As Texas landowners ousrelves, we understand the value that ranches. and acreage properties represent. From hunting and recreation to investment and legacy ownership, land transactions are often about much more than buying and selling property.

Kara Gilbert, BROKER- ( Residential, small acreage)

Kara was born and raised in San Antonio. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 and has been a licensed agent since 2013. Having worked in several different positions of a real estate office, Kara is knowledgeable not only in sales, but in the processes and paperwork aspect of the transaction. Kara’s main focus is customer service and finding a home or property you and your family will truly enjoy! Kara currently holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation. When Kara is not working she enjoys spending time at the ranch or near water with her husband Kyle and their 2 children.

Kyle Gilbert (Ranch Sales)

Kyle having grown up on a ranch in small town Helotes, TX has passion for ranch life, hunting and the outdoors. Kyle started out in the construction world where he was a licensed plumber, welder, and was positioned as a foreman for a mechanical company. Kyle finally left the construction world to pursue real estate full time in 2014 and has never looked back. Since then, Kyle has sold thousands of acres across 20+ counties in Texas. Kyle’s work ethic, knowledge of construction, ranching, and the rural real estate markets is extremely valuable when looking for and or selling a ranch.

Kara & Kyle are a husband and wife team. They have 2 children and when not working they enjoy spending time as a family at their ranch in Rocksprings, TX.

We are members of SABOR (San Antonio Board of Realtors), Platinum members of Lands of Texas, as well as Premier agents on Zillow. We use the latest technology for specializing in land sales.
