There are 2 water wells that are used for irrigation, septic, currently there are 32 RV full hook up sites that are connected to city water, a fire pit for guests to enjoy, an open party barn that can be rented as a venue for special occasions, the park has a bath house and laundry room. There are 3 sleeping cabins with kitchenettes and baths to rent.
